Section 8-15-2-1.4 - Selection of projects under section 1 of chapter after December 31, 1996, under written procedures

Projects initially funded under section 1(a)(3) and 1(a)(4) of this chapter after December 31, 1996, must be selected under the written procedures developed under section 1.3 of this chapter, as added by P.L. 83-1996.
