The chairman of the authority may enter into a trust agreement on behalf of the authority with the board in furtherance of the purposes of this chapter. Any trust agreement must conform with this chapter. Any provision of the trust agreement entered into under this section that is inconsistent with the provisions or intent of this chapter is void and of no further force or effect.
