Ind. Code § 8-1-39-7.8

Section 8-1-39-7.8 - "TDSIC plan"

As used in this chapter, "TDSIC plan", or plan, means a public utility's plan for eligible transmission, distribution, and storage system improvements over the course of a period of:

(1) at least five (5) years; and

(2) not more than seven (7) years.
