As used in this chapter, "clean portfolio standard goal", or "CPS goal", refers to a goal set forth in section 12(a) of this chapter that a participating electricity supplier must achieve during a specified period during the program to qualify for one (1) or more of the financial incentives described in section 13 of this chapter.
