Section 8-1-28-1 - "Clean Water Act" defined

As used in this chapter, "Clean Water Act" refers to the Federal Water Pollution Control Act ( 33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq.) and regulations adopted under the Federal Water Pollution Control Act.
