Section 8-1-2.6-1.2 - Nonbasic telecommunications service; commission's limited jurisdiction

Except as provided in sections 1.5(b) and 13 of this chapter, after March 27, 2006, the commission shall not exercise jurisdiction over any nonbasic telecommunications service.
