Section 8-1-17-27 - General nonprofit corporation act; application to chapter

The provisions of IC 23-17 and all rights and powers under IC 23-17 shall apply to cooperative corporations organized under this chapter, except where such provisions are in conflict or inconsistent with the express provisions of this chapter.
