Section 7.1-5-9-6 - Liquor wholesaler's interests limited(a) It is unlawful for the holder of a liquor wholesaler's permit to have an interest in a beer permit of any type under this title.(b) A person who knowingly or intentionally violates this section commits a Class B misdemeanor.Pre-1973 Recodification Citation: 7-1-1-42(p).
