Section 7.1-5-11-3 - Transportation in non-registered vehicles prohibited(a) It is unlawful for the holder of a carrier's alcoholic permit to import or transport alcoholic beverages in a vehicle that has not been registered with the commission as required by this title.(b) A person who knowingly or intentionally violates this section commits a Class B misdemeanor.Pre-1973 Recodification Citation: 7-1-1-30.
