Section 7.1-5-11-16 - Transportation to retailer or dealer on Sunday prohibited

It is a Class C misdemeanor for a person to knowingly or intentionally deliver or transport an alcoholic beverage to the holder of a retailer's or dealer's permit of any type, except a temporary beer or wine permit, on Sunday.
