Section 7.1-4-4.1-20 - Food hall master permit fees(a) The initial fee for a food hall master permit is fifty thousand dollars ($50,000).(b) The annual renewal fee for a food hall master permit is five thousand dollars ($5,000).(c) The commission shall deposit all fees collected under this section into the enforcement and administration fund established under IC 7.1-4-10.Added by P.L. 285-2019,SEC. 55, eff. 5/6/2019.
