Section 7.1-4-4.1-0.3 - Application of certain fees

A fee imposed under this chapter, as added by P.L. 204-2001, applies only to permit applications filed after June 30, 2001. The initial advance cost fee under section 6 of this chapter, as added by P.L. 204-2001, is the advance cost fee in effect on June 30, 2001.
