Section 7.1-3-6.5-5 - Failure of permittee to mark keg or obtain receipt; suspension of permit; civil penalties

The commission may impose a civil penalty under IC 7.1-3-23-3 or suspend the permit of a permittee who sells a keg of beer for consumption at a place other than a licensed premises and who at the time of sale fails to:

(1) place an identification marker on the keg; or

(2) obtain a signed receipt from the purchaser.
