Section 7.1-3-6.5-3 - Marking of keg by permittee; identification marker requirements

A permittee who sells a keg of beer for consumption at a place other than a licensed premises must place an identification marker on the keg at the time of sale. The commission shall prescribe the form of the identification marker. The identification marker must:

(1) enable the identification and tracking of the seller of beer;
(2) be removable or reusable when the keg is returned to the wholesaler for refilling; and
(3) contain other information that the commission requires.
