Section 7.1-3-6.2-2 - Alcoholic beverage auctions by qualified organizations not licensed to sell alcoholic beverages permitted

A qualified organization may sell an alcoholic beverage at auction as provided under this chapter without obtaining an alcoholic beverage permit under this title.
