Section 7.1-3-31-15 - Outdoor diningIf a designated permittee in a refreshment area includes outdoor dining:
(1) the designated permittee may serve alcoholic beverages in open containers during the hours of operation and in the areas authorized by the retailer permit;(2) glass containers may be allowed in the outdoor dining areas but may not be removed from those areas into the refreshment area; and(3) no fencing or other enclosure of the outdoor dining area is required.Added by P.L. 167-2023,SEC. 4, eff. 7/1/2023.
