Section 7.1-3-17.5-6 - Gaming site permits; providing alcoholic beverages to guests free of charge

Notwithstanding IC 7.1-5-5-7, the holder of a gaming site permit may, subject to the approval of the commission, provide alcoholic beverages to guests without charge at an event on the licensed premises.
