Section 7.1-3-1.5-4.5 - "Trainer program"

As used in this chapter, "trainer program" refers to a program designed to educate an individual on the training of alcohol servers on the:

(1) selling;

(2) serving; and

(3) consumption;

of alcoholic beverages.
