Section 7.1-1-3-28 - "Package liquor store"

The term "package liquor store" means a place or establishment that meets the requirements provided in IC 7.1-3-10, and whose exclusive business is the retail sale of alcoholic beverages and commodities that are permissible under this title for use or consumption only off the licensed premises.
