Section 7.1-1-3-19.6 - "Jumbo boat"

The term "jumbo boat" means a vessel having a length of at least one hundred thirty-five (135) feet and a width of at least thirty-five (35) feet. The term does not include a riverboat (as defined in IC 4-33-2-17).
