Section 7.1-1-3-14 - "Denatured alcohol"

The term "denatured alcohol" means alcohol to which has been added a substance or ingredient for the purpose of producing a compound or mixture which is unlikely to be used as a beverage and which is unfit for human consumption. Denatured alcohol is to be considered a form of industrial alcohol.
