Section 6-9-56-2 - Definitions

The following terms are defined for this chapter:

(1) "Executive" and "fiscal body" have the same meanings that are prescribed by IC 36-1-2.

(2) "Gross retail income" and "person" have the same meanings that are prescribed by IC 6-2.5-1.
