Section 6-6-1.1-805 - Motor fuel tax fund; transfer of residue balance to highway account

Any balance remaining in the motor fuel tax fund after making the payments required by section 803 of this chapter shall be transferred to the motor vehicle highway account for distribution as provided by law.
