Section 6-6-1.1-417 - Cancellation of distributor's license for inactiveness; notice

If the administrator determines that a distributor has not received, used, or sold gasoline for a period of six (6) months, and is no longer engaged as a distributor, the administrator may cancel the license by giving sixty (60) days' notice mailed to that person's last known address appearing in the administrator's files.
