Section 6-6-1.1-413 - No permanent license; insufficient gallonage

If an Indiana based distributor does not distribute at least five hundred thousand (500,000) gallons of gasoline during the year that the temporary license is in effect, the administrator may not issue a permanent license to that distributor.
