Section 6-3.6-9-16 - Allocation and distribution of a county's monthly payment to the appropriate entities

Upon receipt, each monthly payment of a county's certified distribution or supplemental distribution shall be allocated and distributed to the appropriate entities in accordance with this article and the allocation ordinances adopted under this article.
