Section 6-3.1-40-3 - "Primary care physician"

As used in this chapter, "primary care physician" refers to a physician practicing in one (1) or more of the following:

(1) Family medicine.
(2) General pediatric medicine.
(3) General internal medicine.
(4) The general practice of medicine.
