Section 6-2.5-3.5-9 - "Qualified distributor"

As used in this chapter, "qualified distributor" means a distributor that:

(1) is a licensed distributor under IC 6-6-1.1; and

(2) holds an uncanceled permit issued under section 17 of this chapter.
