Section 6-1.1-6.2-17 - Appeal of assessment of land being withdrawn

If an assessment made by a county assessor under section 15 or 16 of this chapter is not satisfactory to the owner, the owner may appeal the assessment in the manner prescribed in section 5 of this chapter.
