Ind. Code § 6-1.1-23.9-1

Section 6-1.1-23.9-1 - "County executive"

"County executive" means the following:

(1) In a county not containing a consolidated city, the county executive or the county executive's designee.

(2) In a county containing a consolidated city, the executive of the consolidated city.
