Section 6-1.1-20-1.3 - "Lease"

As used in this chapter, "lease" means a lease by a political subdivision of any project with lease rentals payable from property taxes that are exempt from the levy limitations of IC 6-1.1-18.5 or (before January 1, 2009) IC 20-45-3.
