Section 5-32-2-14 - "Project"(a) "Project" means the construction, remodeling, rehabilitation, or repair of buildings or other facilities owned by a public agency as described in the RFP.(b) The term does not include the construction, remodeling, rehabilitation, or repair of roads, highways, bridges, or potable water or wastewater infrastructure.Added by P.L. 128-2014, SEC. 1, eff. 7/1/2014.
