Section 5-3-5-6 - Printed copies of notice(a) The political subdivision or county, or a contractor that contracts with the political subdivision or county to administer the official web site, shall: (1) create a printed copy of any notice posted on the official web site in a format that includes the date of publication on the first day that the legal notice is published on the official web site; and(2) maintain a printed copy of any notice for archival and verification purposes.(b) A proof of publication that complies with section 7 of this chapter must be furnished upon request.
