Section 5-28-5-8 - [Effective Until 7/1/2024] Adoption of rules; emergency rules(a) The corporation shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to carry out its duties under this article. The board may also adopt emergency rules under IC 4-22-2-37.1 to carry out its duties under this article.(b) An emergency rule adopted under subsection (a) expires on the expiration date stated in the rule.(c) An emergency rule adopted under subsection (a) may be extended as provided in IC 4-22-2-37.1(g), but the extension period may not exceed the period for which the original rule was in effect.Amended by P.L. 140-2013, SEC. 4, eff. 5/2/2013.As added by P.L. 4-2005, SEC.34.This section is set out more than once due to postponed, multiple, or conflicting amendments.
