Section 5-28-42-6 - Program established; purpose(a) The Hoosier hospitality small business restart grant program is established to provide grants to eligible entities to accelerate economic recovery from the impacts of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic.(b) The corporation shall administer the program.Added by P.L. 82-2021,SEC. 1, eff. 4/19/2021.
