Section 5-28-29-13 - Establishment; purpose

The capital access program is established. The purpose of the program is to provide capital to businesses, particularly small and medium-sized businesses, to foster economic development in Indiana. Loans made under the program must be slightly riskier than conventional loans, but still offer a high degree of soundness in connection with the program.
