Section 5-27-4-1 - [Effective 7/1/2024] A governmental body may not:
(1) accept payment made with a central bank digital currency; or(2) require payment to be made with a central bank digital currency; for any service, tax, license, permit, fee, information, or other amount due the governmental body.Added by P.L. 21-2024,SEC. 3, eff. 7/1/2024.
