Section 5-26.5-2-11 - Name change; copy of decree to attorney general

A program participant who obtains a change of name under IC 34-28-2 shall provide a copy of the decree of the court changing the program participant's name to the office of the attorney general not more than thirty (30) days after the court enters the decree.
