Section 5-22-2-32 - "Solicitation"(a) "Solicitation" means the procedure by which a governmental body invites persons to submit an offer to enter into a contract with the governmental body for the purchase or sale of supplies by the governmental body.(b) The term includes an invitation for bids, a request for proposals, and a request for quotes.As added by P.L. 49-1997, SEC.1.
