Section 5-22-16.5-4 - "Financial institution"

As used in this chapter, "financial institution" has the meaning set forth in Section 14 of the Iran Sanctions Act of 1996 ( Public Law 104-172, 50 U.S.C. 1701 note), as in effect on January 1, 2012.
