Section 5-22-13-7 - Purchase of supplies or services covered by quantity purchase agreement awarded to qualified agency(a) As used in this section, "department" refers to the Indiana department of administration created by IC 4-13-1-2.(b) As used in this section, "QPA" refers to a quantity purchase agreement awarded by the department.(c) If a state agency wants to purchase supplies or services that are covered by a QPA awarded to a qualified agency, the state agency must purchase those supplies or services from the qualified agency under the QPA.Added by P.L. 166-2022,SEC. 3, eff. 3/18/2022.
