Section 5-2-6.1-28 - [Repealed Effective 7/1/2024] Decisions(a) Not more than ten (10) days after the hearing, the hearing officer shall issue a written decision supported by findings of fact and conclusions of law based on the record from the hearing, the investigation, and the application of the claimant.(b) Copies of the decision shall be mailed to the claimant at the address given in the application and to the attorney general.Repealed by P.L. 20-2024,SEC. 21, eff. 7/1/2024.As added by P.L. 47-1993, SEC.2.
