Section 5-1.3-6-19 - Investment; authorization

Funds or money held by the IFA, the NWIRDA, or the NICTD under any trust agreement or resolution may be invested pending disbursement as provided in the trust agreement or the resolution. Such an investment is not restricted by or subject to the provisions of any other law.
