Section 5-13-4-14 - "Economic development project"

"Economic development project" has the meaning set forth in IC 5-1.2-2 and includes mining operations, agricultural operations that involve the processing of agricultural products, and any other type of business project for which the Indiana finance authority may make a loan or lease guarantee.
