Section 5-13-10.5-4 - Protection of interests of funds

A public officer making an investment under this chapter may sell any securities acquired and may take any action necessary to protect the interests of the funds invested, including the exercise of exchange privileges that may be granted with respect to maturing securities if the new securities offered in exchange meet the requirements for initial investment.
