Section 5-1.2-8-6 - Rules for projects The authority may:
(1) establish rules for the use of an educational facility project or any part of an educational facility project; and(2) designate a nonprofit college or university as the authority's agent to establish rules for the use of an educational facility project undertaken for that nonprofit college or university.Added by P.L. 189-2018,SEC. 25, eff. 7/1/2018.
