Section 5-1.2-10-8 - Technical, managerial, and financial capacity

The authority may develop and implement a strategy to assist participants in acquiring and maintaining technical, managerial, and financial capacity as contemplated by the federal Clean Water Act or the federal Safe Drinking Water Act.
