Section 5-1.2-10-17 - Financial assistance agreement

A participant receiving a loan or other financial assistance from the wastewater SRF fund or drinking water SRF fund shall enter into a financial assistance agreement. A financial assistance agreement related to the wastewater or drinking water program is a valid, binding, and enforceable agreement of the participant.
