Section 5-10.1-2.5-3 - Political subdivision employees; establishment; appropriations

Each political subdivision may establish a sick pay plan for the employees of the political subdivision. If a political subdivision establishes a sick pay plan, the governing body of the political subdivision may make separate appropriations for the money needed to fund the payments required under the plan.
