Section 5-10-9.8-2.5 - Employer contributions(a) The board shall determine contributions and contribution rates for individual employers or for a group of employers necessary to adequately maintain the fund.(b) The board shall deposit any contributions received under this section in the fund.Added by P.L. 99-2020,SEC. 3, eff. 7/1/2020.
